Design and Construction of an Adjustable Solar Water Heater Using the Thermosyphon Principle (Submitted)
This journal presents the design, construction, and testing of an adjustable solar water heater using the thermosyphon principle. Optimal tilt angles were identified to maximize efficiency. The system achieved a peak outlet temperature of 79.30° C, irradiance of 940W/m^2, and efficiency of 76.08%. The finding highlights the significance of system design and orientation in enhancing sustainable water heating solutions. Future work includes optimizing collector design and temperature control.

Concentrated Solar Power Systems using Parabolic Trough: A Review (In Progress)
This peer-reviewed paper presents an in-depth literature review on concentrated solar power (CSP) systems employing parabolic trough technology. It explores the use of curved mirrors to concentrate sunlight onto a receiver tube filled with heat transfer fluid (HTF). The HTF is heated to produce steam, which drives a turbine generator for electricity generation. The paper examines the major components of CSP systems, their design and operation, and their related challenges. It also discusses the potential of CSP technology to contribute to energy sustainability.

Study on the Physical and Index Properties of Ant Hills (Submitted)
This research investigates anthill soils for sustainable construction, collecting samples at different heights on Niger Delta University’s campus. Geotechnical tests reveal enhanced plasticity and stability, with specific gravity at 1.875 and liquid limit at 41.6. These properties suggest potential improvement in building materials, especially for road construction in developing regions.
