Machinist II Intern

• Machined specimens from clients’ coupons as per applicable codes, standards and specifications using mechanical tools like a Lathe machine, and a Surface grinder machine to produce mass production of Charpy’s, Tensile, and Bend tests for mechanical testing in the lab.

• Operated, and performed periodic maintenance on lathe machines, and milling machines which were used maximally to produce various mechanical components (Features, clamps), reducing the setup times by 90%, and ensuring all-time high accuracy and top-notch quality.
